PAYMENTS:

We do NOT charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped. All other methods of payment are deposited upon receipt. If - for ANY reason - we are unable to process and ship your order within 5 business days, we will make an effort to call or email you so we can explain the delay and resolve any problems. We accept both credit card and PayPal payments for on-line orders. You may also mail, email, call or fax in your order if you are more comfortable with these methods. We accept the following forms of payment:

SALES TAX:

Florida law requires us to collect sales tax on "ALL DOMESTIC" orders. Sorry friends, but this is the law in this state and I do not want to go to prison or have to work on the side of the road wearing a uniform that reads (DOC, Department Of Corrections) on it. The sales tax we are required to charge for "all domestic orders" is 6.5%. It will be calculated for you during the order process and should show up on your invoice when you check out. If you live outside the United States and you are charged sales tax when you check out, please contact us so we can correct the situation.


SHIPPING / HANDLING:

Our policy is to ship every Web Store order within 48 hours (or 2 business days). However, we sometimes miss this mark and have to hold items longer than this due to regular job business travel. If we ever have to hold your order for more than 5 business days, you will be contacted by phone or email explaining the reason for the delay. Please note that shipping days are calculated in business days. We are closed during the weekends and most U.S. Federal holidays. If you place an order during such time, it will not be received until the next business day.

All orders to the United States are shipped by the USPS using Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped by the USPS using Airmail Parcel Post.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUND POLICY:

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will gladly replace the order, or damaged, defective parts. If we are unable to correct your problem to your satisfaction, we will gladly provide a full refund of your purchase and shipping charges upon return of the products you purchased. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
